I recently came across an interesting list that I’d like to share with you. It is a list written by Ghandi just before he died and it makes thought-provoking reading.
Allow me to share something that I’m proud of: I’ve been failing all my life and I’m determined to keep on failing for the rest of it.
What inspires you to do your best is a remarkably personal thing. Some people are inspired by sporting excellence, others by selflessness, yet others by the trappings and luxuries of wealth. One thing is certain though: anyone who has ever achieved anything could not have done it without that essential spark of inspiration.
New year resolutions are a tremendous opportunity to commit to change in our lives. Being the best we can be starts with our attitude, our values and our commitment. Right now that means choosing resolutions that we can commit to that strengthen our lives. Here, I offer you five resolutions for success.
It’s a science fiction staple: the robot servant, ready to do whatever you want. No more tedious jobs like washing up or cleaning the house. Just ask handy old JX23 to do it. Your own personal domestic droid. Wouldn’t it be great to have one now? Sadly, they haven’t been invented yet. Or have they?
Life’s a struggle. It’s not easy to be happy or successful in this world. Well, we didn’t ask to play this game, but we had better play to win.
